Speechless!
Can you say Speechless? That is me believe it or not as I sit here and type this up this morning.
Thanks so much to everybody for making A Scrappers Dream such a HUGE success! Once again – we pulled off another great weekend full of memories, great laughs, new friends and loads of scrapping done!
When the girls – first approached me to start doing this a couple years ago I was thrilled with the idea! The Scrappers Dream Team is amazing Sarah, Jeanette, Susan, Veronica, Nola & Stacey, Rhonda I can’t tell you what a great bunch of girls you are nor thank you enough. Do you know you are “The Girls” – people commented all weekend and thanked me and the “The Girls”. Your work did not go unnoticed from me or any of the attendees on hand! Big Hugs to “The Girls” for making this weekend so dang fun for all of us!
I also have to thank Kim Oullette, Linda Fraser, Melanie Clarkson & Sally Mitchell who worked hard here at the store behind the scenes to get us there! You guys really are my rocks and I love each of you.
I went for a walk about 10PM on Saturday night when I looked in the windows of BOTH the upstairs and downstairs – I saw a bunch of women laughing, talking and scrapping for me that was a “Moment”. I literally just stood there and watched you all and knew at that moment we pulled it off successfully!
Okay – enough of me being sappy cause I am nearly in tears

Karlene opted to sleep under the sink with the spiders, instead of on the top Bunk - which was held together by duct tape :) She was quite a trooper - and i have the pics (& video clip) to prove it!! LOL
Hello Nicole! The 'Thelma & Louise' Gang had so much fun this weekend. I laughed so hard I cried several times over the weekend. I didn't want to go home on Sunday. We are all excited for the October Event.
Many thanks to you and 'The Girls' for taking the time and energy to organize such an event - once again, The Dream Team thought of everything to make the weekend perfect. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Eleanor's van died at the back entrance when we parked there to unload our scrapping stuff. Angela's husband had to take it back to Fredericton and put a new battery in it. Both husband's brought it back on Saturday with Tim's coffee!
I had an awesome time and can't wait for the next one. Thank you Dream Team for all of the hard work put into this weekend and to Greenhill Lake Camp for the beautiful location and the excellent FOOD! I wish I could have them cook for me everyday.

Ok, #1 - I'm nervous to know what pictures are being posted. #2 - The wind tunnel/tornado wasn't real. #3 Captian Underpants was the funniest thing ever. #4 You forgot to mention Kim's (I mean Martha) bed with the mints on her pillow.
Hollee - I forgot about that 1!! Wanna share the pics with us? We will do an online "One Time at Scrapcamp Album!"
Kristel - You were with a GREAT bunch of girls. Everytime I came downstairs you all were giggling! Your group picture came out awesome I'm emailing those out tomorrow!
Stacie - You lucky ducky!!! A new order is coming in this week, there might be something there that you "need" to use your winnings on LOL!
Karen - You girls could of auctioned off those Tim Coffee's for a sweet penny! You guys win the crown of the 1st broken down vechicle at Scrap Camp!!!
Melanie - Wait till tomorrwo to see the pics!
Oh yes, how could we forget Martha, with her homemade pillow case, blankets rolled down and mints on her own pillow??? LOL
And YES it was real and YES people were barefoot drinking beer and throwing stuff in it I swear!
Hey Nic, it was all GREAT!, great food, great organization, great people, great scrappers (weren't that challenges amazing!), great weather! Can't wait to see some of the pics! I agree with Kristel, The Dream Team did and excellent job!
Ummm..that was me that organized the great weather :)
This one time at Scrap Camp...Sarah, Susan, and Jeanette were playing with the camp walkie talkies. Only to find out after having conversations while IN THE BATHROOM that the camp director was listening to the crazy talk for over half an hour. Ahh....good times.
Sarah
Sarah - forgot about that one! You also forgot to mention that your handle name for the weekend was Coyote Mama LOL.
Dee - you are the best!! So glad you had fun! Glad you were able to have a couple good laughs with the crazy bunch I had you rooming in with!! :)
I FORGOT to mention the singing contest between upper and lower decks singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" Who would of thought that our water bottles could be used as musical insturments LOL. The downstairs are the victors!!
Nicole
Can't wait to hear what you have coming in this week, I will be in on Friday to show you my completed pages and also to spend some of my money...lol
Stacie
This one time at scrap camp....
I had an amazing time...even if we were shirtless....and got fired as camp counsellors....
Susan (Coyote Ugly Cougar)
This one time at Scrap Camp....Susan Coyote Ugly Cougar took a picture of Hollee P wearing her green jammies and a white lampshade on her head. All I could think was "Holy Listerine Bottle, Batman!"
Sarah Coyote Ugly Mama
Scrap Camp 2006
This one time at ScrapCamp Melanie made new friends, she makes one mistake, they make fun of her all weekend and she discovers the meaning of true friendship, then Captain Underpants makes her laugh so hard her stomach hurts.
I almost forgot!! One time - at band camp...a certain scrapper from a certain cabin forgot that she had a package of Honey in her pocket from Breakfast...and sat on her sweater and created her own version of "Honey Buns"!! LOL she shall remain nameless out of courtesy for the new frienship but it was really stinkin funny!!!
This one time at band camp an innocent young lady was trying to be considerate of her roommates and made up her bed nice and neat then folded back the blankets so that when she returned at 4 am to go to sleep, she could fall in and cover up with wakin' up the whole freakin' room!!!! And she had nothing to do with the mints on her pillow thank you very much.
This one time at scrap camp when myself and another unnamed individual were sneaking in after curfew (see Nicole, I told you I wouldn't tell them your name)and we were tiptoeing so quietly up the stairs so as not to disturb the sleeping community, a snore that was as loud as a Kingswood strike ripped through the hallway and made us want to laugh so much we covered our mouths to hold it in. Too bad we didn't cover our eyes too. Man, can they bounce down the stairs when the pop from the pressure of forcibly witheld laughter.
Ohhh, this one hasn't been posted yet!
One time at scrap camp Susan aka Coyote Ugly Cougar Saturday at 2:30AM led the remaining dozen of us that were upstairs in an aerobics lesson while standing on her chair. "Take your arms reach waaaaaay above your head and wiggle your twinkle fingers!"
Me,me...I've got one...Susan Coyote Cougar frisked me before allowing me to enter the store.
Anyone else see a pattern here?!?
Sarah

Monique

I bought a pack of those Ghost Letters.. I'm hoping the ghost will come and clean my house.. then of course I'll call ... Ghost Busters!!
And I did not pull and all nighter.. I blinked, and that counts for a very short nap...

Danielle, was the last comment posted by you? I too looked forward to the Scrappers' Dream Weekend all year long ... which means only 51 weeks until we're back at Green Hill Lake again!
I was witness to the Ghost Letters/Ghost Busters thing - too freaky. The expression on Lori's face was priceless. It was one of the many times I laughed so hard I cried (and almost peed my pants!) I am staying away from the Ghost Letters.
Looking forward to the October Event. (how many sleeps??)
~Kristel
...how come when I came home I mentionned in passing there was a microphone and walkie talkies my husband said "OH NO!"......it's not as though I "hogged" it or anything....
