I want to give you a replay of a conversation with Quickutz:

ME: Hi, this is Nicole from CompuPro Scrapbooking wondering if I could get a tracking number on our order we placed.
HER: Oh, we haven't shipped that yet - we were waiting on credit card info.
ME: I put the credit card info on my order sheet. Don't you see it?
HER: Well, yes it is!!!
ME: So, will our order be shipping today?
HER: Can you hold please while I look into that?
ME: Sure.
I wait a little bit.
HER: Nicole, we are sorry but we are all out of the handles right now. We can't ship till next week!

Fast Forward to yesterday.......
