The much anticipated time has come – Registration is now OPEN for Scrap Divas 2007. I thought for sure the way the phone was ringing this week I was going to come to work today and see some of you tenting outside our doors to be the first in to register!!! Tee Hee

We have changed our location this Year for our Spring Crop to the Mactaquac Holiday Inn on April 14 & 15th. Extended Stay on April 13th is available also!
From the Fantastic Feedback we had from our October Retreat at the Holiday Inn we knew we had to go back! We also listened to YOU! Yes, the room was a little on the crowded side once we all had our 100pds of scrapping luggage in there with us J This time around we are only registering 60 opposed to the 80 in Ocotober. Meaning More Space to Scrap and Move Around BUT Less People Space. Make sure to Sign Up early to avoid Disappointment.
How do I Register / Administration Fee?
Your registration and spot will only be yours when you submit your $20.00 registration fee & form – Also note the registration fee must be paid by cash or cheque only. No Exceptions. Registration Forms are here at the store to fill out.
For people out of the Greater Fredericton Region including Oromocto – please email Nicole to hold your spot; you will in turn have 5 business days to have your Registration fee & form mailed to CompuPro Scrapbooking; 1168 Smythe St; Fredericton, NB; E3B 3H5. If your payment is not received in 5 days after your spot will be forfeited to the waiting list.
How much Does it Cost?
The $99.00 + Tax based on double occupancy or $149.00 + tax based on single occupancy is for your lodging, meals and snacks all provided from the Hotel. Your cost for this "retreat" is either $132.86 (double occupancy) or 189.86 (single occupancy).
Is My Registration / Administration Fee Subtracted from the Above?
No, it is NOT. The $20.00 is for the committee to use to cover cost of the Welcome Packs, Prizes, Door Prizes, Additional Snacks, etc, etc.
Do I call and Book the Hotel Room Myself?
NOOOOO, Please do not. Just fill out the info on your Registration Form and we look after all that for you! On the registration form we ask that you supply your Visa or Mastercard Info. We will be forwarding a Master List to the Hotel for billing. This allows us to keep tabs on who is paid and who isn’t paid for the weekend.
Is our Money Refundable?
The hotel has a no refund policy, therefore after we submit the information on Oct 2(need to change this when I know the date from the hotel) we are unable to provide refunds.. If there is an unforeseen circumstance you will need to deal with the Hotel on this matter. The committee has no input on this.
If we have more then 2 people in our room on Saturday night does our rate go down less then $99.00+tax?
No, this is a predetermined rate for lodging and meals from the hotel that is not based on how many people we can squeeze in a room J
Cots are available if you would like to put 3 people in a room. (They will not charge extra) It is once again based on $99.00/person.
What is EXTENDED STAY?
Extended Stay, is if you plan on staying on Friday night for the great rate of $89.00+ tax per room! We say per room as on Friday night you can squeeze as many scrappers in the hotel room as you like! Plus it gives you the extra time to scrap on Friday night!!!
