Honey I'm Home!!!

I'm back from Moncton's Scrapfest what a weekend! I wish I could of had everyone of you there with me to join in the fun and excitement of the classes and instructors!

I completed 6 workshops - with very talented ladies! They blew me away - they were inspiring and completely entertaining!

Donna Downey - Let me tell you - this girl is a total "H00T!" She made us laugh our way through every project with her! Inspired us and taught us about using our "Assets" as a New Glue Stick Technique and introduced me to the Fiskar Hand Drill! Girls, we will be using this new tool in class I promise! Placing my order for them today!

Tena Sprenger - WOW! What a friendly girl! The time spent chatting with this amazing gal was awesome! She is a very talented lady - I enjoyed her ConTagious class SOOOOOOOO much! I really hope to keep in touch with her. Her bio includes the latest Designing With Series - Designing with Fabric, Stamps & Paper. Also she works for Bazzill - which I've been informed I've been pronouncing incorrectly LOL. Just wished she lived a little closer to us :)

Carol Pearse - Sweet, Sweet Lady who I enjoyed getting to know. She owns a Scrapbook store in Calgary - we will be keeping in touch for sure! She is going to hook us up with some hard to find products!!!

Lisa Bearson - I saved the BEST for last! The editor of Creating Keepsakes. I'm totally speechless still on this lady. I am going to post an entry tomorrow just on her! I stayed with Shelley Rankin (Creating Keepsakes HOF 2005) Lisa knew she was there and stopped in for a visit Saturday Morning and spent over a half hour chatting. About life and the Scrapbooking industry!
Man what an honor to spend time with her 1 on 1. We did a photo shoot with Lisa in our Room - Shelley has the pics and I should have them to post tomorrow for you! I am now a HUGE Lisa fan.

As you can tell - I have lots to say - suprise, suprise :) This is just the tip of the iceberg. I have very little pics on my photo card as most of the pics were took with Shell's camera as the lens she has worked better in low light atmospheres. (Lisa B, is now going to buy one - LOL)

Pictures posted are "LOVE" word is my Decor class with Donna Downey, Little Book is my Contagious Book done with Tena Sprenger & I had to get Donna Downey to pose with the "famous" Drill!

Talk Soon - still hoping boxes, boxes and more boxes will arrive today!

Nick
